Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Kövsər cafe-restaurant site. By using the site you agree to them. They comply with the Azerbaijani laws “On Protection of Consumer Rights” (No. 1113), “On Electronic Commerce” (No. 908-IIQ), and other applicable legislation.

About the site and service

The site provides the menu, prices, and contact details. No online payment is taken on the site: after building your cart, the order is sent via WhatsApp and is accepted only once we confirm it.

Prices and orders

All prices are in Azerbaijani manat (₼). The price agreed at the time of order confirmation applies. Prices, promotions, and the menu may change without prior notice. Images are illustrative and the actual product may differ slightly. Payment and delivery arrangements are agreed when the order is confirmed.

Ingredients and allergens

Dishes may contain allergens (gluten, milk, eggs, sesame, etc.). If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, tell us before ordering.

Consumer rights

You hold all rights provided by the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. In line with the law, food of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. If a product is of poor quality, or an order is delivered incomplete or incorrect, contact us immediately: we will replace the product or refund its cost.

User obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your order, not to use the site for unlawful purposes, and not to interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

The logo, text, images, and design of the site belong to Kövsər and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written consent.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance or failures of third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps, hosting). This does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights.

Disputes and governing law

Disputes are resolved first through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the competent court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
